Terms & Conditions for the Degani Father’s Day Giveaway
1.1 The “Degani Father’s Day Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is operated by Degani (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and runs from 01.08.2026 to 31.08.2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
1.2 The Promotion is available exclusively at participating Degani café locations listed in Clause 3.4.
2. Eligibility:
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of Degani, participating Degani franchise cafés, their immediate family members, and any parties involved in the administration of the Promotion are ineligible to participate.
2.3 Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact details when entering the Promotion.
3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter, customers must make a purchase in-store at a participating Degani café during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Customers must also sign up to the participating café’s marketing database during the Promotion Period.
3.3 One (1) qualifying purchase and marketing database sign-up will earn one (1) entry into the Promotion.
3.4 Participating Locations: Calamvale, Loganholme, Capestone, Browns Plains, Kawana, Camden, Melbourne Road, Newtown, Mernda, Box Hill, Forest Hill, Southland, Waverley Gardens, Greensborough, Dandenong, Woodgrove, Coburg Hill, Benton Square, Uni Hill, Bacchus Marsh, World Trade Centre, Ivanhoe, Craigieburn and Harvest Lakes.
3.5 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. Proof of Purchase:
4.1 Customers must retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
4.2 Degani reserves the right to request proof of purchase to verify an entry and eligibility.
5. Prize:
5.1 One (1) winner will receive: – One (1) YETI Esky valued at AUD $475; and – A selection of Degani Coffee and Fresko Cups.
5.2 The total prize pool is valued at approximately AUD $475 plus the value of the Degani Coffee and Fresko Cups included in the prize package.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
5.4 If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Degani reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection:
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The draw will take place on 04.09.2026.
6.3 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.4 Degani reserves the right to publish the winner’s first name, surname initial and/or suburb on its website, social media channels and marketing communications.
7. Prize Collection:
7.1 The winner will receive instructions on how to claim their prize.
7.2 Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of notification.
7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or fails to claim their prize within the specified period, Degani reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8. Privacy:
8.1 By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Degani for the purposes of administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes.
8.2 Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications or by contacting Degani directly.
9. General Conditions:
9.1 We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants at any time.
9.2 We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, invalid, misleading or suspected of being fraudulent.
9.3 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
9.4 To the extent permitted by law, Degani is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by participants or winners as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting any prize.
9.5 Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including internet access or travel expenses, are the responsibility of the entrant.
10. Governing Law:
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Terms & Conditions for the Degani Loyalty Program
1.1 The Degani Loyalty Program (“Program”) is operated by Degani and participating Degani cafés (“Degani”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
1.2 The Program is designed to reward customers for purchases made at participating Degani café locations.
1.3 Participation in the Program is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.1 Membership in the Program is free.
2.2 To become a member, customers must register in-store at a participating Degani café and provide the required information.
2.3 Membership is available only to individuals. Businesses, organisations and groups are not eligible to participate.
2.4 Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and up to date.
2.5 Membership accounts and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
3.1 The Program is available at the following participating Degani cafés: – Harvest Lakes – Camden – Calamvale – Loganholme – Capestone – Browns Plains – Kawana
3.2 Degani reserves the right to add or remove participating locations from the Program at any time.
4.1 Members will earn one (1) loyalty point for every one Australian dollar (AUD $1) spent on eligible purchases at participating locations.
4.2 Points will be allocated based on the final transaction value after any discounts, vouchers or promotional offers have been applied.
4.3 Points can only be earned when the member identifies themselves at the time of purchase.
4.4 Points cannot be awarded retrospectively for purchases where membership details were not provided at the time of transaction.
4.5 Gift card and voucher purchases do not earn loyalty points.
4.6 Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.1 Members may redeem rewards once they have accumulated a minimum of 150 points.
5.2 Redemption of 150 points entitles the member to receive $10 off a single purchase transaction at a participating Degani café.
5.3 The $10 reward: – Must be redeemed in a single transaction; – Cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash; – Cannot be split across multiple transactions.
5.4 Rewards may be redeemed on any available product sold at participating Degani cafés, including food, beverages, retail merchandise, coffee beans and related products, unless otherwise required by law.
5.5 Any unused portion of a reward is forfeited and cannot be carried forward.
5.6 Rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers where prohibited by the participating café.
6.1 Points do not expire while the Program remains active.
6.2 Degani reserves the right to adjust points balances where points have been incorrectly allocated or awarded in error.
7.1 If a purchase that earned points is refunded, cancelled or reversed, the corresponding points may be deducted from the member’s account.
7.2 Where a reward has been issued on the basis of points later found to be invalid, Degani may cancel the reward or adjust the member’s balance accordingly.
8.1 Degani reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership and cancel any points or rewards where it reasonably believes: – Fraudulent activity has occurred; – The Program has been misused; – Multiple accounts have been created for the same individual; – A member has breached these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 Any decision made by Degani regarding eligibility, points allocation or reward redemption shall be final.
9.1 By joining the Program, members consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program.
9.2 Members may also receive marketing communications from Degani where they have provided consent to do so.
9.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Degani Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
10.1 Degani reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Program, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time.
10.2 Where practical, notice of significant changes will be communicated via Degani’s website, email communications or participating stores.
10.3 If the Program is discontinued, members may be required to redeem outstanding rewards within a specified timeframe advised by Degani.
10.4 Points accrued under the Program remain the property of Degani and may be cancelled if a membership account is closed, terminated, or found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11.1 To the extent permitted by law, Degani will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Program.
11.2 Degani is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system failures, lost data or other issues that may affect a member’s ability to earn or redeem points.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Terms & Conditions for 25 Days of Giveaways
The “25 Days of Giveaways” (the “Promotion”) is operated by Degani (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and runs from 02.09.2024 to 30.09.2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of Degani, their immediate family members, and any parties involved in the administration of the Promotion are ineligible to participate.
3.1 To enter, customers must spend a minimum of $20 in-store at a Degani Franchise Cafe to receive a “golden ticket”.
3.2 The golden ticket must be stamped in-store with a valid Degani stamp.
3.3 After receiving the stamped golden ticket, customers must scan the QR code on the ticket and enter their details online.
3.4 Minimum of $20 spent earns one entry into the Promotion.
4.1 Customers must retain their golden ticket as proof of purchase. The golden ticket is required for verification purposes and must be presented upon request.
5.1 25 prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes include, but are not limited to:
Fuel vouchers
Grocery vouchers
Dinner vouchers
Bunnings Vouchers
JB Hi-Fi Vouchers
Free coffee for a year (valid for 1 small free coffee every day from the date of claim until 31st October 2025, only valid at one nominated participated Degani location, cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or vouchers or offers, extra’s are not included, “missed days” cannot be banked for free coffee).
5.2 The exact prizes and their value may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
